ATDas Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, die Gastgeberin ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren frisch gewaschen und haben himmlisch geduftet. Außerdem standen ausreichend Handtücher und Duschtücher zur Verfügung. Auch an Reserve-Toilettenpapier, Geschirrspültabs, Putzmittel etc. wurde gedacht. Mehr als ausreichend Kaffeekapseln für Nespresso-Maschine standen zur freien Verfügung. Im Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer befand sich Reserve-Bettwäsche. Viel Stauraum im Schlafzimmer und viele Abstellmöglichkeiten im Bad. Süßer Willkommensgruß (Pralinen) - besonders unser Junior hat sich darüber gefreut. Gute und sichere Parkmöglichkeit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (Kaufland etc). Zentrum gut zu Fuß erreichbar - ca. 6 km (wenn man gerne spazieren geht). Haustierfreundlich - ohne zusätzliche Gebühren - Futternäpfe und kleine Haustierdecke vorhanden (sind mit kleinem Hund gereist). Highlight für uns war der große Balkon. Wir haben sehr gerne auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt, oder ein kühles Getränk bei Kerzenlicht und Abendstimmung genossen. Ruhige Gegend, freundliche Nachbarschaft (man grüßte sich, Eingangstür wurde aufgehalten, als man mit Gepäck hinein wollte), neues Gebäude mit Lift, sauberes und ruhiges Stiegenhaus, kleiner Spielplatz für Kinder. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Silikonabdichtung in der Dusche sollte erneuert werden.

HRCosy, modern apartment on good location. Excellent hostess, super organised and helpful. All facilities listed were present, and were surprised with the very nice coffee. Absolutely nothing to complain about, all compliments.

RSPretty, clean, lovely in general! It’s a new building and everything looks nice. The instructions were clear and concise, everything went smoothly with taking over the keys. Parking was secure and as described.
I asked for a baby crib and I got it but the mattress for it was not good, my 7 month old baby couldn’t sleep in it. It’s a small investment and an easy improvement. But we were there only for one night so really not a huge issue.
ROEntire apartment was much better than expected, and aside from further city commotion sound, it was quite. Great terrace with really nice sunset.
