.The wildlife and gardens were beautiful, it was quiet and relaxing .Surrounding areas were phenomenal .Helpful staff and quick response to broken washing machine .cleanliness

.Shower wouldnt stay at certain temps, would go from cold to warm constantly .Lacks kitchen appliances e.g jugs and oven trays .windows wouldnt lock properly .no air conditioning/ fan in hot weather .washing machine was broken on visit but got resolved in two days .broken blinds on windows
