I like that it's nice and quiet

the pool was green and we couldn't use it for the last 5 days of our stay. which was very inconvenient

nice pool, bedroom was big, bed was comfortable, staff helped to carry bags upstairs as there was no lift, the pancakes from room service were nice and i had the option to pay for late checkout which was at 6pm.

water pressure was absolutely terrible and on top of that, the water was not even hot. the room was so run down with cracks in the walls and things that had been badly plastered over and coffee stains on the walls, i picked up a mug to make coffee and it was dusty inside with a dead fly inside, the lighting in the room was poor which made it so dingy in the evenings. if this was my expereince in a superior room, i dread to think what the standard rooms are like.

The size of the room.

1. The smell in the bathroom. 2. The poor water pressure in the shower 3. The water was Luke warm. 4. There were many damaged areas on the bedroom walls with black mould in them. 5. The bathroom door could not close from the outside. 6. Half of the lounge was stained. 7. The receptionist was unable to speak or understand English. She attempted to speak with someone on the telephone and use a translation service on her phone. Most frustrating when I wanted to leave and have my money fully refunded. I DID NOT STAY THERE.
