Location was the only good thing about the property as its close to waterford city centre and theatre.

It is operated more like Airbnb.. On arrival, I had to ring for a neighbour to leave us in. There was no other human contact and no cooked breakfast. If I wanted Airbnb, I'd have booked Airbnb.

The property and the staff were both lovely and pleasant. Very accommodating and helpful. The room, bathroom and breakfast facilities were spotless and always stocked with what you need. I couldn’t recommend it enough
