The garden was nice There was shops close by and close to tourists attractions

Air conditioning struggled to cool room, lounge was dirty, shower was not clean, moldy, ants were bad in room, lots of noise around property rooster started at 6:10 am, neighbors started reving scooters 6:30 every day, building happening around property stinking fires being lit every morning to burn rubbish, entrance in alley between 2 shops hard to find and walk way used as scooter parking spot had to walk around everyone to get to entrance, no parking very hard for pickup as had to block traffic to be able to pick us up, street in poor condition very hard to walk along

Great communication with our host, well located and easy to walk to lots of places. Setup was great for our adult family.

The location and the price of the villa was great. We loved the area and facilities

The neighbor had a rooster that started crowing at 2;30 a.m and didn’t stop.

L’unico difetto, sicuramente superfluo, era che forse l’acqua della piscina fosse troppo fredda, ma ce la siamo comunque goduta

Its a hugely impressive space and a relaxing retreat in the heart of Ubud. For the right groups in the right conditions it would be better, as there are 3 double beds that are quite fancy and together. The final double room is in an annex with facilities that need updating - a strange outdoor shower/bathroom arrangement, and not within a waterproofed walk of the rest of the villa (though only a few steps without a roof). It rained a lot and our kids were ill so we were back and forward in the rainy night across this very outside-feeling space. It was not a big problem but the space did not feel as luxurious as the visual impression as a result, despite costing more than a villa that lacked these problems elsewhere.

Es war ein außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt in der Villa! Absolut zu empfehlen- zentrumsnah in jede Richtung von Ubud Zentrum. Direkt nebenan tolle Cafés, Restaurants und vieles mehr! Wir waren zwei Familien in der Villa und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort! Kommen wieder!
