Hotel Nomad Belvedere Lodge

The staff, especially the manager Tracy, went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable before, during, and even after our stay. Upon arrival, we were offered coffee and tea, and our rooms were ready and heated. That night, and throughout our stay, our family of 11 were allowed to use the dining room for meals. When we left, the staff found we'd left behind several items of value, and they worked with us to make sure we were reunited with our stuff. Service like this is what sets apart places like this... I cannot recommend this venue any more highly. Truly, above and beyond service and care! And the place itself? Immaculate! Beautiful. Clean and tidy. The staff went out of their way to make sure there were board games to play for our youngest family members, and checked in throughout the 2 days to make sure we were comfortable by providing fresh towels, bed turn down service, etc.

The roads leading in and out of the property were potholed... but thats much more a reflection on the political problems facing Gauteng than any reflection on Belvedere!
