Rooms were lovely, location fantastic and staff exceptionally wonderful.

The location is perfect- right in front of Fukui station so it's easy accessible. The hotel interior design is very beautiful and stylish, and the view is stunning from every window. The room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed. Staff were very kind and helpful and spoke decent English. Overall it was a wonderful stay. It would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Fukui City.

Luxuriously furnished and spacious room with an incredibly beautiful view over the city. Spotlessly clean. The staff are highly professional, friendly, and service-oriented. For access, first go to the reception on the third floor. After that, you can proceed to the 16th floor for check-in. The guest rooms are located on the higher floors. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, but don't miss the shops underneath the station. They offer an amazing selection of food and delicacies, beautifully presented and sold at surprisingly reasonable prices.

The hotel is conveniiently located near Fukui Station and the area has multitudes of eating options which is great. Eating at the hotel is expensive so we didn't even try. The rooms are much roomier than other Japanese hotels and the staff are outstanding.

The hotel is simply hard to access. We tried entering from the parking garage side and luckily found an attendant who guided us to the hotel elevator. This takes you to the 3rd floor where you can submit your luggage for storage before check-in. We came back to check-in at the 3rd floor but they directed us to another elevator to the 16th floor. After checking in there was a 3rd elevator to take us to our room which are on the upper floors. 3 separately located elevators to enter and exit the hotel. Also no coin laundry.
