Love the support that was provided. Someone reached out prior to arrival and was all ready to welcome us with the keys, including giving us a tour of the villa and was easily contactable. The pool and ping pong table were also great fun and the pool was really clean and nice to swim in. Airconds were working well and shower was strong with consistent flow of hot water.

As the villa is at the end of an inner rode and is relatively secluded, some ride hailing drivers had trouble locating the villa. There were also black ants on the floor especially when it rains but wasn't a deal breaker as the cleaner cleans up every day.
