The place was super clean...WIFI was not giving us problem, we enjoy our time

I think you need to train your security more about services... how to communicate with people. I felt disappointed that day , I was told to check- in on axact time that was 14:30 sharp..I did but I had to wait for someone who took the key. I wasn't told about the ID but he was taking pictures without my permission. I'm know you have some rules, but you must find a way to explain how this works, then proceeded. But I Was soo happy about the place everything was perfect 👌

Aircon not working-Staff not responsive No fan, couldn't sleep well at all Bathroom blinds broken so exposed to public view

The apartment was great value for money and provided a pleasant stay in a great location.

There's no dustbin in the apartment and I had to open a few cabinet doors and drawers before I found the refuse bag. A small dustbin under the sink would be much more convenient.

Air-conditioning did not work blinds in the bathroom was torn people can see you from the outside only coffee mugs provided had to ask for drinking glasses and iron balcony was very dirty windows dirty
