Chiangmai Royal Creek Hotel

O lugar é incrível! Acomodação espaçosa e aconchegante. O espaço é lindo arborizado e a piscina é maravilhosa.

A região é maravilhosa porém é bem isolada.

It was very very quiet. The room was nice and the bed comfortable and the staff kindly gave me travel adapter and were on call.

There was nobody there. Admin staff welcomed me and showed me the room and somebody carried bags but kitchen empty no breakfast no food. Some parts of the boardwalk have rotted through and broke when I stepped on them

Een rustige omgeving en een ruime kamer de foto gaven een juist beeld, maar de beschrijving klopt niet. Grote koelkast. Personeel was behulpzaam met de koffer van de auto over de vlonders met treden naar het huisje te dragen.

Een Villa met keuken en terras met zithoek en private zwembad staat in de beschrijving. De keuken heeft niet een kookplaat, broodrooster, magnetron, keukengerei, borden en bestek. Dus klopt net met de beschrijving. Geen prive zwembad, terras zonder terrasmeubilair. De gehele complex was aan onderhoud toe. Wegens Boeddhadag was er mogelijk neimand, maar kon eventueel bellen. TV was kapot er stond wel door de kabelverbinding. Maar de TV had ook geen geluid en een streep over het scherm, zodoende konden we ook onze eigen TV-box niet gebruiken.

Peaceful surroundings, friendly and helpful staff.

It's a long way from the road to reception carrying luggage along challenging elevated walkways with lots of steps.

Nice spacious villa

Lighting was too dim. Would have preferred parking at the other side of the resort as walking was a long way, especially tricky with luggage. Water was not hot unless tap was reduced for higher pressure so could not fill up the bath as desired.

The staff was friendly and always willing to help. They were attentive to every request, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The hotel has a large swimming pool. The rooms (with a bathtub) were spacious and offered excellent value for the price.

The property is a bit old. The swimming pool is 1.8 meters deep throughout, which might not be suitable for non-swimmers or families with children. The location is far from the city, nestled deep in a local area, which might not be convenient for everyone. No hairdryer available.

I would have preferred a door separating the bathroom from the bedroom instead of a curtain. The location is tricky without a car.

La gentillesse du personnel The staff is fabulous , very kind and very helpful. Help to have call a taxi , they have wait with me until the taxi is coming . The place is very calm , the villa is nice . Very pleasant place , natural ...in the nature 😍😍😍
