The property is in a beautiful location alongside a river. Staff quite responsive in writing (e-mails). Good and acceptable resolutions/compensations on complaints. Recommendation to stay in the attached bungalows (our friends did).

Initially I would have started my review with: “The worst hotel experience ever”. As a global traveller - privately and for business – I’ve tried a lot however this tops most. On check-in we tried to have an afternoon nap however some kind of an extraction system made that impossible as it was like trying to sleep on a plane. We’re ensured that it was switched us during the night when the kitchen closed. 2nd night arriving back to the hotel someone “forgot” to switch is off. No need to say that we didn’t sleep much that night. Following an apologetic e-mail, we’re offered a bottle of sparkling wine as compensation. 3rd night arriving back from a music festival around 01:30 in the morning we’re happy to hear that the extractor system was off. Rooms in the main building are equipped with 6-digit pin codes and 4-digit for the main door should be a modern solution – when it works. For some reason (still unknown at checkout) ours decided not to work from that night. On the main door there’s “of course” a contact number to call for problems like that. After calling the number 12-15 times with nobody picking up, we decided to sleep in the car!! Just before 06:00 I managed to get in contact with an employee who was moving tables and chairs for an upcoming wedding. I managed to explain (zero language skills which might be OK for a guy in a role like that) and after several attempts he manage to get us into our room via an old-fashioned keycard. The following morning the staff were reluctant to give us a keycard however in the end we got one. Following that experience we’re offered cash compensation. In general staff language skills are very limited when it comes to English and German and due to lack of management presence no one makes decision regarding even simple requests. Breakfast very modest and prices in the restaurant are up to double of our experiences in the area.

Personal extrem freundlich, Essen ausgezeichnet, Umgebung wunderschön, idyllisch und ruhig. Preis Leistung kann man wirklich nix sagen. Werde auf jeden Fall noch öfter kommen. Auch Check in und out hat super geklappt

Das Bett ist etwas unbequem, die Pölster zu weich und wenn man um 9:55 bei Checkout 10:00 nicht bei der Rezeption unten ist, wird man gerügt, fand ich nicht so okay

Die Unterkunft liegt idyllisch an einem Seitenarm der Donau, hat einen tollen Garten. Frühstück war gut und abends gab’s im Restaurant typische ungarische Gerichte - schmeckten lecker.

Nichts

Gyönyörű az épület, a szoba, a parkos, zöld, folyóparti környék. Szívesen maradtunk volna tovább is pihenni, kikapcsolódni a természetben.
