Didnot have iron and iron board in the room, if you need to use it , you have pay to reception for using iron

Great staff, good food & drink, good entertainment. Rooms are modern and comfortable

Pool area is cramped.

La nourriture est bonne, la taille de la chambre famille est bien. Le personnel est très agréable.

Le confort des lits et les oreillers sont catastrophiques. Le bruit de la rue car l'hôtel se situe en plein rond point donc de la musique à fond tous les soirs dans les bars en dessous. Hotel non adapté aux familles avec des jeunes enfants (clientèle anglophone avec des jeunes adultes venus pour faire la fête)

Sans aucun hésitation si vous voulez du luxe c’est bien ici.. sol en marbre, table en marbre escalier en marbre , et toutes est super propre.. les personnelles tres sympathique et accueillant. La nourriture est un vrai service de bonne qualité et la présentation est bien de haute gamme..les chambre son tres moderne et confortable. Nettoyer tout les jours.. la plage est à 100 m avec un cadre magnifique des montagnes autour. Beaucoup d’activités a la plage , jet car , jet ski, la banane, la flesh, le sofa etc. 25€/ personnes a peu près pour chaque activité..

Un seul inconvénient, la piscine est petite et les transats sont pris des 8:45 , malgré ça les personnels font le mieux pour vous chercher un transat..

The food was good , cocktails were nice , also the Turkish spa in the hotel was brilliant

The swim up room we got never matched the ones in the photos .

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day. And the pool...awesome and really clean water

During room cleaning, the towels were not changed at all 😕

Apart from the bed, cleanliness of the room and the rest of the hotel ,there was nothing else to like.

The food was very poor, tasteless,cold and there was very little variety.We ate out because of this.The entertainment was also horrendous .

Rooms nice enough, poor storage though. Rooms with balcony on street side are noisy. Food not great, all inclusive drinks very poor. Entertainment very poor. Music round pool aimed at younger audience even although most of guests were 50+. Noise from hotel next door is ridiculous furing the day. Hotel is surrounded by other hotels/buildings so feels very claustrophobic. Would not choose to stay here again or recommend.
