A lovely place to stay. In a good location for exploring the Ribble valley and walking distance to a good pub.

The lodge was very clean, check in was easy with a code access system and staff updated us promptly (prior to arrival) when our lodge was changed. Location was lovely with good parking and a nice outside area with a view. Nice touches like having fresh eggs and milk, along with tea and coffee on arrival.

A few extra items (e.g. oven gloves, a tea towel, soap in the bathrooms and a bin bag to get you started) would have made settling into the lodge on the arrival day easier.

Excellent cabin, great views and lovely site. Such good value for money with an amazing pub 90 seconds away!! Great for walking too

A few small additions such as salt and pepper in the kitchen and soap in the bathrooms really would then make the facilities 5 star
