Vip Wood Bungalow

Simply, It was an unforgettable stay. Since the first day, we felt the warm welcome by Owners themselves, taking care of every detail, facilitating to us the various activities, in such beautiful place. The Kackarsan Wooden palace is such a clean and warm place you see the nature and experience a new edge. I was there with my family and Mr. Ismail (the owner) and his family (Mrs. Amina and Rahmi) simply treated us as a family as well. Thanks for all of you, and the incredible staff as well.

لقد استأجرنا المكان مع وجبه الإفطار وهو كوخ جميل جداً يقع في ريزا على الشارع الوصول له سهل مطل على النهر وبه تكييف ورغم أننا أضفنا بعد الحجز شخص آخر إلا أن صاحب المكان إسماعيل زودنا بمكان أكبر ورحب بنا ترحيباً جميلاً وفي المكان ألعاب للأطفال ومطعم وفعاليات كثيره تجديف نهري ودبابات وزبلاين وقد قام بعمل خصم لنا وهو يشرف على كل شي بنفسه وابنه عزيز وزوجته لطيفين ولديهم عاملين جنسيتهم يمنيه خدومين جداً وسريعين في تحضير الطعام أنصح الجميع بالاستئجار فيه دون تردد ولو عدت للمكان لن أذهب إلى مكان غيره We rented the place with breakfast, and it is a very beautiful cottage located in Rize on the street. It has easy access overlooking the river and has air conditioning. Although we added and the reservation was made by another person, the owner of the place, Ismail, provided us with a larger place and welcomed us with a beautiful welcome. The place has children’s games, a restaurant, and many activities, river rafting and tanks. And Zeppelin has made a discount for us and he supervises everything himself. His son Aziz and his wife are nice and they have Yemeni workers who are very helpful and quick in preparing food. I advise everyone to rent there without hesitation, and if I return to the place I will not go to another place.

الإفطار في اليوم الأول فقط أما الثاني تقلصت الأطباق والانواع المقدمة

بكل أمانة المكان ( غير ) آمن ومرعب غير صالح للإقامة تطلق فيه أعيرة نارية بجانب الشبابيك حتى أننا نرى ضوء الأعيرة في الغرفة والصوت مرعب كل ليلة لأكثر من مرة مع انقطاع للتيار الكهربائي فتصبح الأجواء مرعبة لا نرى شيئ فقط صوت أعيرة و ظلام دامس لم نستطع النوم ليلتين أرق وخوف وإزعاج والعاملين والإدارة هناك لا يطمئنونا البعض منهم ينكر ماحدث والآخر يعترف بدون ذكر أسباب وعندما سألنا عن السبب غضبوا منا وحاولوا اسكاتنا بأن عرضوا علينا خصومات للمرات القادمة حتى نصمت ولا نبلغ برنامج( بوكنج ) ولكننا لانريد شيء وشكرناهم فقط أردنا معرفة السبب لأننا لم ننم ليلتين فزعين و صوت الخشب في الطوابق العلوية فوقنا فلا مجال لراحة ولا نوم و عمال النظافة أحاديثهم بصوت عال توقضنا ونحن لم ننم إلى عند ظهور الصبح وفي دورة المياه ( الشور ) غير صالح يبقى الماء ويكون بحيرة ولا توجد سلة مهملات في الغرفة وعند الطلب منهم قالوا لا يوجد والمناديل جاءت متأخرة بعد أن طلبناها ولم نجد ماء في الغرفة عند القدوم ولو حتى قنينة واحدة لا يوجد

مالك السكن مرحب ومتعاون والمكان جميل ورائع وعلى النهر والغرف افضل مما توقعت

الشبكة في المنطقة ضعيفة وما تلقط نت، السكن يعطيهم العافية موفرين نت جيد

Very lovely owner who made us feel like we were family. Great overall experience and hotel. Very close to the main attractions too.

I like the room big and clean with nice bath tub for couples , the view was amazing and the river sound was great, the room looked by isolating door so you cannot hear any thing from outside just the river sound. All the staff was nice especially mr.ismail the owner . The breakfast was delicious and more than enough for 2 people. Also we tried dinner, food was good.

There is no teeth brush , and no conditioner and also hair dryer . Also we need an electric adapter to charge our phone , but they help us and buy one for us .
