The worst staff for sure.I would any day expect a receptionist to stay loyal to her words and meet the needs of customers and not just make up a story to save her job.The employees openly say to customers that they were lazy to provide information of a particular thing.The behaviour of the MD just pissed me off not wanting to listen anything. My worst stay at any resort/hotel.
