The location was very beautiful.

UPDATE: Special thanks to the general manager, Azzelarab Bensdira who personally reached out to me to understand the issues faced during stay and a compensation was initiated. I was also informed that the hotel will look into the issues and resolve them accordingly. They were very understaffed. There were only two waiters at the restaurant. We had to wait over one hour just to get a spaghetti bolognese and fried noodles. They claim that there are two restaurants, one Moroccan and one international cuisine, however it’s only one restaurant with one menu card. The breakfast was an absolute disgrace for a luxury hotel - not only it was very limited in choice but it had flies all over the food. There was no wifi in the rooms. Checkout was a nightmare, it took them 45 mins to pick up the luggages from the room. We had to call reception three times. The management really needs to sort out these issues. The staffs on ground were very limited and they were overwhelmed. Wasn’t value for money at all!
