La moquette a terra, il fatto che il palazzo puzzasse di pipì e comunque era tutto buio non intorno

La facilità nel fare il check-in. La posizione che è a pochi minuti sa piazza universitaria e da Lipscani. quindi volendo non serve nessun mezzo pubblico per raggiungere tali destinazioni. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, i letti sono molto grandi e confortevoli, il bagno è perfetto. nell'insieme abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e profumato. all'arrivo non fatevi ingannare dall'esterno del condominio. appena salirete in camera constaterete che le apparenze, ingannano. non abbiamo avuto necessità di contattare l'host . nell'insieme tutto perfetto come da descrizione. Assolutamente consigliato

particolari che non influiscono sul giudizio complessivo: l'esterno del condominio e l'atrio del condominio sono fatiscenti. 2 SUGGERIMNTO PER NOI TURISTI (che non ha a che vedere con la struttura) 1 Nel caso in cui viaggiate con wizz e l'aeroporto di riferimento è BBU (no OTP), non fatevi ingannare da taxi o Bolt o Uber se vi chiedono più soldi inventandosi che devono pagare una tassa di ingresso in aeroporto. è una truffa. una corsa da questa zona deve costare circa 11 - 15 Lei 2 se volete andare alle terme, non esiste nessuna navetta gratuita che parte da plata romana. è una fake. suggerisco un bolt al costo di circa 60-70 lei con partenza da piazza dell'università

Sehr angenehme und schöne Ausstattung, wie auf den Bildern. Lage war zentral, und vieles konnte Fußläufig erreicht werden.

Gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Eventuell die Fassade, aber man soll ein Buch nicht vom äußeren beurteilen.

Tutto era perfetto! Abbiamo ricevuto le istruzioni per accedere alla struttura in tempo ed è stato semplice. Era accogliente e pulitissimo!

The room itself looks pretty much as advertised, the TV was nice, and the room is pretty well decorated. However, this is not at all a hotel but an airb&b within a horrifying building. Please beware.

While the room itself is nice, the "hotel" is not at all a hotel; it is just a room within an incredibly scary apartment. The building smells of decay, urine, cigarettes, and overall feels as though you are in a crime scene. The front door literally has a bullet hole. As a female traveler, I felt completely unsafe and was extremely disappointed by the false advertising of a hotel. This is not at all a hotel. You self check-in to a building that is riddled with exposed wiring, danger signs, and no security besides the front door and the door to your room. There is no indication that this is not at all a hotel, and is in fact, within a horror scene of an apartment. This is completely unsafe for a female traveler who sought to spend extra money on nicer accommodations to avoid risk; instead, you could hear loud noises of people arguing in the hall throughout the night and we had to sleep with a chair against the door as there is zero security. Given the price, this was extremely disappointing and in terms of advertising, a total scam. I was also harassed at the end of my stay for "improper use of a towel" due to it having some makeup on it (when makeup remover with no cotton rounds was provided). I was asked to pay for the towel, this just feels like I got scammed. Please be weary this is not a hotel and does not feel safe for women.
