Couldn’t get into premises with the key code,rang them and I was told they no longer own the building and had told yourself (Booking .com) so had to book elsewhere

"Scam business and they gave stolen my money. Booking.com should have investigated this company when promoting it"

It didn’t exist. I attend ti find the hotel to be a hostel and could not gain entrance to the building. The company telephone number on the booking did not work so was left to find other an other hotel to stay as I was 3hours drive from my home. Absolute disgrace that this company was allowed to be on the website. The have stolen my money

It was okay

Not being able to find the hotel due to lack of signage, it was a different name on the buildings it was hazel something ? It took us a good 40 mins on Boldmere Rd unable to find, contacted owner and finally found it.

"Short stay without hassle"

The property was newly renovated. Everything was exceptionally clean. Very good location. Easy to communicate with the host. Very cozy. For the price I paid it was really nice option.

It could be nice to have more toiletries. Pillows are a bit old
