Villa Gioia Ostuni

The villa is beautiful, big porch, lots of garden and the great swimming pool. Enough place to park the car.

Bathroom and kitchen are very well equiped, but a little small

Buiten rondom het huis is mooi en zwembad heerlijk. Het ligt afgelegen dus een auto is noodzakelijk. Het ligt rustig hoewel de honden in de buurt in de avond weleens tekeer kunnen gaan. Helaas viel het huis van binnen tegen; alles is outdated en toe aan een opknapbeurt. De badkamer is klein en de douche erg klein. Keuken spullen zijn ook toe aan vervanging en als je water gebruikt, gaat er een luide pomp af. Erg vervelend in de nacht. De host Roberto is hartelijk en behulpzaam en gaf ons een lekkernij als afscheid mee. Kortom een fantastische huis buiten, maar binnen viel het tegen

La maison de Roberto est parfaite pour profiter d'un séjour au calme dans les pouilles, très bien localisée pour visiter la région. La maison est très bien équipée et les extérieurs sont très agréables avec le coucher de soleil sur la piscine. Roberto est très sympathique, disponible et laisse a disposition de quoi faire les petits déjeuners, apéritif italien, lessive, barbecue .... Nous recommandons à 100% !!

The villa is beautiful, so clean , gardens and pool were exceptional, lovely peaceful location, but so near to everything, the host was so kind , I would highly recommend.

Huset ligger i en smuk lukket have med oliventræer og blomster. Swimmingpoolen var lækker og helt ren. I huset var alt hvad man skulle bruge til at lave mad. Og der er også et dejligt udendørs køkkenområde, med en stor muret grill, hvor der også var sørget for kul. Værten var meget opmærksom på om alt var i orden, og var tilgængelig hvis vi havde behov for noget. Vi følte os meget velkomne.

Roberto was a super host. Very hospitable and open to questions. Because we had an early flight back, he even provided us with some breakfast on the go. The villa was perfect (only the shower maybe a little small), secluded location perfect for venturing out or staying and relaxing by the pool with beautiful view and garden.

Wo soll man da anfangen ? Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight überhaupt. Er war in hervorragenden Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Wurde auch alle 2-3 Tage nach dem befinden geschaut bzgl. Verunreinigung usw. Ansonsten liegt das Haus etwa 2-3 km außerhalb von Ostuni sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Haus selber bietet neben einer Küche auch außerhalb eine Möglichkeit zum grillen, mehre Gelegenheiten zum Essen bzw. sitzen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine die natürlich vieles erleichtert, gerade wenn man mit Kindern anreist. Das ganze Gelände ist sehr gepflegt und wird ständig überprüft. Die Dusche im Haus ist etwas klein, macht aber nichts da es auch eine Outdoor Dusche gibt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war absolut problemlos und verlief sehr einfach.

Abbiamo trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza presso questa location immersa nella campagna pugliese, a pochi minuti di auto dalla città di Ostuni e dal mare. Non potevamo desiderare nulla di più bello: la villa è circondata da un grande e curatissimo giardino, ricco di piante, nel quale spiccano la piscina e l'area attrezzata con lettini e gazebo, da dove è possibile godere di una splendida vista sugli uliveti circostanti. E la sera giardino e piscina si illuminano con un sistema di luci e faretti che rendono ancora più affascinante l'atmosfera! E che dire dell'accoglienza del Signor Roberto, proprietario della villa, il quale ci ha stupiti con mille attenzioni: all'arrivo abbiamo trovato a disposizione tutti i generi di prima necessità e non solo! E durante il nostro soggiorno si è sempre preoccupato, con molta discrezione, che tutto procedesse per il meglio. La casa è dotata di tutto quello che serve per una vacanza senza pensieri, compreso un angolo barbecue già fornito di tutto il necessario per accendere il fuoco e cucinare, basta solo procurarsi la carne e la grigliata è servita! Sono disponibili anche due grandi terrazze e una spaziosa veranda attrezzata con sedie e tavolo dove pranzare e cenare, e divanetti dove rilassarsi e godere della vista del giardino. Una garanzia per una vacanza TOP!
