Location Location Location!

It would be helpful to know about boosting the hot water

The location is perfect and the appartment is lovely. Very spacious and a good view. The appartment is decorated quite elegantly and has everything you need. It was also very clean on the inside and all the essentials were there.

While we really enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few areas where things could be improved. Communication with the host was a bit challenging — messages through the booking platform went unanswered, and I eventually had to call directly. That worked out fine, but there was some confusion around our agreed late check-out, as the cleaner arrived earlier than expected. The house itself was quite warm, and at night it could be a little noisy. Also, the balcony and its furniture were unfortunately quite dirty, with a lot of bird droppings covering the doors and surfaces, which made it hard to enjoy the outdoor space. A quick clean-up before guests arrive would really make a big difference.

This apartment was at an amazing location and so beautifully decorated. We find ourselves lucky to have been able to book this location. Thank you for sharing it with us.

The property was in a great location for exploring the city and taking a couple organized tours. The size was great for a family of five. A couple issues we had were resolved quickly.

The location is unbeatable. On the Docks, incredibly close to the train station, Latin Quarter, Eyre Square, and endless pubs and restaurants.

The place could use some TLC. Bed sheets weren't clean and had black hairs on them, the duvet cover had spots on it, the toilet seat in the bathroom located inside the bedroom was broken and moved when you'd sit down, it also didn't have an actual cover to it.

Lovely property, very homely. Everything you need in a great location. Would stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, well-equipped, fantastic views and really comfortable beds.

Parking in Hynes is ridiculously expensive. It cost me €50 for two nights! The docks are cheaper for anyone reading. The water pump was very loud (common in this type of apartment), other than that… Only minor maintenance things. Adding these for the owner to be aware of, not as a complaint. The sliding door in the master bedroom is v.difficult to operate. The rad in the master bedroom doesn’t seem to work at all.
