I just disembarked from an expedition cruise in Keflavik and was staying just one night. The location was convenient, walking distance to eating, some shopping and the post office. The host was kind enough to schedule a taxi to take me to the airport early the following morning at my request.

I inquired after booking about being able to leave my luggage at the property since I disembarked from my expedition cruise at 9:00 AM and check in was at 4:00 PM but didn't get a response. When I went to the establishment that morning and knocked on the door, no one answered. Eventually, a boarder stepped out to get something to eat and he let me in so I could deposit my luggage inside. He said he didn't get any instructions for check in until much later in the day. Eventually, the host called me just before 4:00 asking me when I was going to check in.

It was located near enough to the airport for easy access.

It was located on a street in the town that had some late night traffic. It was a little bit loud in the room as cars went by.
