Unfriendly staff and very little value for the money. Old location, doors are barely closing and seems like everything is falling off there. Cleaning service very poor, they did not change towels or brought new water and neither changed the toilet paper.

One of the nicest huts in the crystal bay area amongst the cluster of accommodations, as we stayed at quite a few over the week we were there. Only 5 huts and as they are all spaced out and facing directly to the pool, rarely do you have anyone walk past your front porch so it's lovely and private and peaceful. Pool facilties were great, super calm peaceful garden, no neighbours or other buildings around in front. It's an enclosed area so you don't realise staying at a place with closed gates means no dogs on your porch barking or fighting all night as we had in 2 other places so it was blissfully quiet !! 5min walk to crystal bay beach through the forest, plenty of huts around the area selling beer/water/toiletries etc. Crystal bay was our favourite area for snorkeling and relaxing and ended up extending our stay here.

Slightly overpriced but you get what you pay for I guess. Food wasn't great but you've plenty of areas to eat 5/10min bike ride away.

I highly recommend Puri Garden Penida! The facilities are absolutely stunning, and the service is so friendly. We spent a lot of time here and were amazed by the peaceful environment. The cozy restaurant serves fresh, delicious food made to order, and the staff was incredibly helpful, supporting us every step of our stay. The pool is beautiful, and the garden feels like a peaceful escape.

Soooo nice! The pool is the best! Massages are amazing!

Staffs are super friendly, Accomodation is as expected as when we made the booking. The neighborhood nearby the hotel has some restaurants and coffee place that closes quite early.

The only small thing is that the lighting in the rooms is not well, a lot are broken

Breakfast was great. They had smoothie bowls as an option, which was a nice respite from the usual banana pancakes. The pool was nice and clean, and the lawn / garden is peaceful. The rooms were great (room was large and clean, bed was comfortable, shower was reliable, nice small terrace outside). Conveniently, there is a small mart next door selling water, snacks, etc.
