Location is walkable to the temple…

Narrow lane…parking in a separate enclosure close by but separate…no lift…no kettle cum coffee satchel &tea bags…just lukewarm water 4to 6 am…toilet fittings loose…toilet seat doesn’t stand keeps falling…leg space between cots toooo narrow to even fit one’s feet…etc…lots of excuses for all the above like ‘ it’s a new hotel (though more than a year old)…other hotels also don’t provide in Rameswaram etc…though this is their second hotel … my complaint is not against the hotel…but Booking.com which hosted great reviews without checking/verifying…I SHALL NEVER EVER BOOK THROUGH BOOKING . COM…🙏

Location of the hotel is awkward. Breakfast could have been arranged.

I stayed for two days, from 20 September 2024. At the time, all the rooms along with furniture and fittings are brand new and very nice to stay in. The staff take very good care of maintenance of property and cleanliness of the rooms. There is no restaurant in the hotel, however breakfast and dinner can be ordered through room service. Hotel is half-kilometer from the North gate of Ramanathaswamy temple, and same distance to Agni Theertham. Car parking is available. Taxis and sightseeing services are arranged by reception staff upon request. Overall it was a great stay for me.

There is no lift (elevator) on the property. Also there is some construction going on the top floor and also the roof of the property. No major disturbance to guests. However, lift needs to be added very soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Surya. After a long, tiring journey, we reached the hotel. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us warmly and assisted us to our room, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff was extremely accommodating. ensuring all our needs were met. One of the highlights was their room service the menu had a good selection, the food was delicious, and reasonably priced. The staff took the time to explain the Mandir Darshan process and suggested other local sights, which was really helpful. They also brought us tea. The 24-hour reception was an added convenience, making our stay even smoother. Overall, a great experience with comfortable accommodations and excellent hospitality!

Rooms are good but there is no lift available. Hope they are working for that. Staffs are good and supportive

Lift is not there & it was difficult to climb 2 floors Water flow in the bathroom was poor Payment by Card was not possible , a bit disappointing
