Chaweng Park Place

Friendly staff, big sized room & good location in Chaweng

Property has no elevator and all rooms up stairs. Room was big but dated, could do with some modernisation.

The receptionist, Tip, and the security guard were really helpful. They gave us a twin room on request.

The shower head was hanging off the wall so it may showering very hard. The nearby rooms were really loud, with no much sound proofing. Asked for a smaller pillow and some clean towels and were told no. The photos look more luxurious than the place itself.

Location and value for the money

One of the staff had an issue when I asked him if he could print a copy of a ferry booking I made. Apart from him all the staff were excellent.

Very spacious villa. Great location. Comfortable.

Massive hill up to the villa. Very difficult to take up luggage. People with disabilities or elderly would struggle.

The location!

Balcony room was very load due to the main road opposite. No black out blinds so even at midnight it was still light in the room. Struggled to sleep. At first no shampoo or shower gel. We had to beg for it and was provided a few hours later. But they didn’t seem to have any in stock at all. Air con needs maintenance as this was the first and only hotel which we woke up with dry sore throats. (To note we have stayed in air con rooms at multiple hotels for the past 2 weeks with in problems)

The pool area was very nice. The bedroom had the necessary facilities and were spacious. The location was the more prominent part for us, everything was within a 5/10 minute walk. Beds very comfy

Location, friendly staff, great swimming pool

Air conditioner was occasionaly very noisy, tolet cistern leaked. I have stayed here many times but I think it needs a little more maintenance.

The room was very large and the bed was comfortable and it had everything you needed.. At the reception they were nice and kind and helped with everything

No shampoo , the towel in the shower was torn with holes, a bit noisy and the windows do not seal the noise, lots of mosquitoes in the pool area

My and my friends booked one of the villas which was very private, the beds very comfy and the hotel itself is in a great location in Koh Samui.

Was very disappointed with the staff and their management. I had booked a 4 person villa but had emailed asking could we use the couch bed for a fifth person. They got back immediately saying they agreed and there would be no extra cost for doing this. When we reached the property I asked for two sheets to use on the couch and towels as they had only provided these for the 4 people. The woman at the desk immediately called her manager on the phone and put me onto her. The manager said that there would be an extra cost for these even though they had already stated otherwise. We had an argument on the phone where she continuously told me I was wrong and then eventually gave me a towel and no sheets so we had nothing to use on the sofa bed. The following day when we asked for fresh towels they only gave us 4 again. We would have found a different place that would have accommodated 5 people if they had been honest with us at the beginning about additional charges. The villa itself was also quite dusty and the pool wasn’t very clean.
