"Very central location"

The location is very central and close to everything. It was also great to have the option of renting a nearby parking space. Ricardo was very responsive and provided us with clear instructions.

There were several maintenance issues, including broken lights, noisy beds, bathroom plumbing problems, and unpleasant smells in the bathrooms and one of the bedrooms. We informed the owner, so hopefully these issues will be fixed soon.
