The rooms were very nice and clean. The owner was very nice and helped us a lot. The breakfast was also great.

Everything was very nice. The entire building was ours (3 double rooms and 1 apartment). The veranda was ours for the breakfast and to stay together in the evening for a beer or a wine. The host, Antonio, was very nice and helped us with anything we asked for. We got complementary cookies and a bottle of wine.

The land lord is very caring and responsive: At our first day we couldn't see the magnetic entry card that he told us to carry with, we thought the previous customer accidentally took it away and that we could use our password instead for automatic locks at the doors to enter the flat. Aparently those passwords were for single use only, and then automatically cancelled. We didn't know that, hence we got stuck outside of the door at our first evening, but the landlord's sister came in 10 minutes to rescue us, and let us into the flat, showed us where the magnetic entry card is. She was very polite. The landlord prepared for us welcome courtesies like cookies, pastries and chilled prosecco in the fridge, and ice tea and also some fresh drinks. Coffee is free in the flat and a very good quality coffee in fact. And the landlord brought fresh towels each morning without asking by our door

The toilet brush looked awful, I had to clean it myself, which wasn't a pleasant experience at all. Ther wasn't any sponge to do the dishes as we came, I had to buy it the next day myself. The landlord marked this place as 2 bedroom flat with a frenchbed in each bedroom in booking.com, hence you naturally think that there are 2 bedrooms plus a living room. But there wasn't any 2nd bed room. It was a living room with a sofa convertible to a double bed (or you can consider it as 1bedroom + 1living room flat) If we went there as 2 couples , then that could have been a disaster. There are 3 air conditioners (kitchen,bedroom and living room) but there are no remote controls, you cannot adjust the temperature nor the fan power you have to discover, how to switch them off by shutting down its fuse (one fuse for all 3 ACs in the fusebox)

The room was big and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The place is about 20 minutes to the city center on foot. There are bus and metro stops near appartment. The suburbs was quiet and save. The main advantage of this place is the host - Antonio will take care of you during all Your stay and make you feel save and confident in Sicily.

The apartment was like new, and very clean. Also Antonio was very helpfull
