The location was perfect, parking in the garage

One major issue was that a staff member mistakenly entered our apartment while we were inside, even though it wasn’t check-out time. This shouldn’t have happened. Additionally, the apartment could have been cleaner.

It was a self catering hotel/apartments But so convenient to local Cafe restaurants and superb supermarkets. Great to have secure lock up underground car park. Easy walk to the ocean and central hub of Hermanus. Was fab that hosts/reception sent video footage of exactly how to access the building a d car park. Made getting in late stress free.

My hubby wasn't a fan of the open entry to the loo bathroom. The bathroom is so spacious a frosted floor to ceiling door could easily be installed for privacy as its onto the main bedroom.

The apartment was clean and very well appointed. Very convenient location, could easily walk everywhere.

There is a warning that if stuck in the lift it could take 3 hours to be freed. We put our luggage in the lift and walked up the stairs.

Perfect central location, clean, ample space and super friendly staff.
