Well the looks of the building from the outside but it didn't matter. The house is also by a busy road but again being in the city it is a non issue.
GBFacilities at the property and the location
Curtains in the lounge and front bedroom were too thin - didn't block light coming from passing cars. If the lights are on these rooms, people outside can see us so there was no privacy. We didn't like the neighbours dog barking at us every time we went to the car. It looked scary.
NLThe apartment was well located opposite a big park, not far from the city centre. Apartment was well fitted out. Two rooms; two bathrooms.
GBLocation was fantastic, with parking. Comfortable well decorated apartment. Owner was very responsive with queries about hot water.
No instructions for immersion to get hot water. No bedding provided for the sofa bed and son said it wasn't very comfy to sleep on.
HKThis apartment was so cosy. It’s next to the main road to Cardiac City Centre. It took 10 to 20 minutes walk to Bute park and city centre. My family enjoyed the Christmas activities held in the city centre while avoided the hassle parking and traffic. Remarkable noise in living room, mild to moderate noise in the en-suite and minimal noise in the smaller bedroom. Designated car parking in the lane behind the house gave us exact peace of mind.
Two area could be improved The drainage of one shower was a bit slow. More clear instructions on garbage and recycling.
GBThe apartment was perfect, exactly what we wanted. It was so clean and tidy, such a lovely place to stay! The location is so close to everything you would want to do in Cardiff. Me and my friends enjoyed our stay here very much!
