casa in oltretorrente Parma

The location is near the city center ( 10 min walk ), and we were pleasantly surprised of how quiet the apartment was. . i definitely recommend the apartment. Massimo is the great host ! Forza PARMA ! i can't wait to return :)

The apartment was nice and had a lot of amenities. Picking up the keys was easy and the location was also very good. Nice minimal design with good quality products, no cheap or broken stuff at all.

If we'd plug the boiler, the electricity would fall. We couldn't use more than 2 plugs at the same time which was very annoying and we had to go to the board and resume the electricity quite a few times throughout our stay. Also, the tone of the host on messaging was a bit bossy. He was asking us to throw garbage, clean dishes etc. Never have I ever experienced that in life at any other accommodation. Also, he kept sharing videos to us showing us how to do stuff such as locking the door or using the fridge, it was a bit uneccesary and overwhelming.

Nice location. Apartment had everything you need to cook but we did not use it. Quiet street. Small but efficient apartment. Washer worked fine but dryer did not heat at all.

We know how to use dryers but this one did not work at all. We tried all night and had to pack wet laundry.

It was very easy to contact the host and the fact that the door can be automatic opened made it very easy to enter the place.
