Small cosy apartment in the historic center of Grosseto, very homey and tastefully decorated. The host was very responsive and made our late night check in easy by allowing us to collect the keys from the letter box at the main entrance to the building. There were also some cookies and milk left for breakfast. Apartment is great for a couple of days. One thing that would be missing for longer stay is washing machine. However, given the size of apartment, not sure where it could fit.

Great location in the old town Close to many cafes etc and supermarket

The apartment is compact The bathroom is tiny. If you need to sit on the toilet, the shower door gets in the way. There is no sitting area apart from the stools in the kitchen, or on the bed Perhaps i should have asked a few questions. Easy to know better afterwards€ The bed was narrow but long...comfy but a bit of a challenge being 1.9m tall and a tad on the heavy side Be prepared to take suitcases up 3 flights of stairs

The apartment was really nice, well-equipped, and in the city centre.

It was cute & small, it served its purpose.

No water, no batteries for tv remote, no instructions on how to use electronics, bedding didn’t look clean

Location is great, everything else was fine
