Villa incantevole sul mare per una vacanza in totale relax. L'host Marco gentile ed accogliente. Colazione buona e servita in giardino. Camera vista mare spaziosa e pulita. Tornerò senz'altro!

Clean and beautiful location

All was great

The owner was super nice even bought a tea-kettel for our family, atlthough it was not his oblogation. The property is in front of an ocean. Nice white house with nice terrace.

The only minus is that there are no kitchen to use, otherwise its superb. The city is reacheable walking on the beach (its about 2 km) or by car.

Villa Epi was all we could have desired for a 4-day get-away from Rome. Highlights: Marco, as attentive and hospitable a host as anyone could desire; a perfectly clean and well-maintained room with good internet; falling asleep to the sound of waves; good swimming conditions; perfect cappuccino and exceptional croissants for breakfast; a 25-minute walk along a beautiful, clean and well-maintained beach to medieval Sperlonga.

Everuthing was fine.

This property is right on the beach front. It is a 20 minute walk along the beach to the main town which gives you just the right amount of distance for peace and quiet but easy access to restaurants and bars when you need them. Our host was extremely helpful and hospitable too

The location and Marco is an excellent host. He let us drop our backpack early so we can explore the city center. He even offered to upgrade our room and had a bigger and better view of the sea. It was a short stay but will definitely return.

The breakfast is basic, but its italian breakfast as long as I have expresso that I am good.
