A perfect and relaxing vacation on the beach. Marco is such a wonderful and thoughtful host. This is a very newly built villa with three bedrooms (two face directly on the beach and one on the garden). we enjoyed watching the sea from our comfortable bed! Everything was spotless clean and very comfortable. Highest marks to host, facilities and location. We enjoyed a winter getaway and celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in style. We highly recommend. It deserves 8 stars!

The place was great and newly renovated with modern features, right on the sea. The host Marco was very friendly, informative and super helpful with suggestions and even rides. Breakfast overlooking the sea was lovely. I was thrilled with its location 2 KM from the historic town of Sperlonga - an easy walk or ride. Beautiful sea, sunsets, relaxation.

fantastic location !!! Only a few steps from our room onto a beautiful Italian beach. It is a new resort and the panoramic views are breathtaking !!! The highlight of our stay was meeting and sharing time with the young owner of the resort, Marco. We had no car and Marco was available to take us for supplies and not only recommended the best restaurants in town, but joined us for dinner both nights we were there. We missed our train stop and late in the evening we were concerned about finding the accommodation. I messaged Marco and he and his associate actually came out to look for us !!! I promise you one thing, whatever you need or want, he will do his very best to accommodate you !!! 👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙂

We loved everything: the rooms, the garden, the lawn, outdoor shower after bathing in the sea, the direct access to the beach, and the peace and quiet of the location.

I think breakfast should be a bit more taken into account. It is included in the room rate but it means you are a given a ticket for a simple Italian breakfast: 1 cornetto and cappuccino at the bar on the beach that opens at 9am…
