Absolutely nothing… the price online is different when you go there after booking. They ask for twice the value

Don’t go around advertising your property on booking only to double the price after booking when you walk in

I encountered a concerning situation with a recent booking through Booking.com. Upon arriving at the property, the receptionist informed me that they had no agreement with Booking.com and provided a price that was double what I had booked on the app. She stated that this was the only rate available. The manager also confirmed the same information. It appears that the property uses the Booking.com price as a means to attract customers, which I believe constitutes a misleading and potentially fraudulent practice.
