"L’appartement est correct sans plus. Salle d’eau en mauvais état et de fortes odeurs d’égouts remontent. C’est bruyant."

Il est indiqué qu’on dispose d’un lave linge c’est faut : ils sont hors d’usage et le soit disant service de laverie est inexistant
