Good location, clean room. There are all the necessary kitchen utensils.

Some problem with wifi.

Had a wonderful stay at Fiorenzo's appartment. He was lovely and very helpful, and even let us check out later and keep our bags a while until our train. It's right on the main piazza so stunning views - can be quite loud in the evenings but the windows were soundproofed so couldn't hear a thing! Would definitely stay again!

The ability to cook, size of the apartment and location.

If I was being fussy then the bed was a bit soft.

Location is perfect. Right in centre of Anzio. Good internet, gorgeous bathroom, comfy bed and smart tv. Couldn’t have asked for more. Room also has air con.

Probably just a door with a better lock for safety

We recently stayed at Fiorenzo’s apartment and had a wonderful experience. Fiorenzo was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He provided us with great local recommendations, ensuring we got a taste of authentic Italian culture. Additionally, Fiorenzo was punctual, allowing us to store our luggage after our stay, which made our travel arrangements much smoother. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, we highly recommend Fiorenzo’s place for anyone visiting Rome and Anzio

Fiorenzo was the best . He helped us a lot and was very happy to help and make our stay perfect. The place is in the center close to the beach.

Perfect location with an amazing view to the square! I stayed for 5 nights. Close to everything. Very calm, very nice place to stay. Staff is wonderful, very caring, very helpful!! Also so clean!!

Everything was smooth and perfect. No compaints.
