Large room, nice balcony, very friendly staff. Good breakfast too!

Room didn’t have as much of as ocean view as I was expecting but definitely not a dealbreaker!

Super friendly staff. I had booked their budget economy room, but they upgraded me when I got there because a nicer room was open! They also helped give advice on airport transfers, restaurants, etc. and were available to book activities. The location is great you walk across the road and there's the beach right there. Now, this beach is where some of the boats come and go, so it isn't necessarily the most picturesque (but is the start point for many tours if you are booking any). But it's quiet, calm, warm, and full of shells. The hotel provides a little "beach bag" with towels and flip flops for use, as well as umbrellas and long chairs. I wanted something quiet and more "out of town" and this was it! Breakfast is at the little cafe next door. A nice buffet with ladies there to cook eggs/entrees as requested. Big comfortable beds, strong wifi. A nice big shower that actually had walls to keep the water in (something you don't always find in Thailand). Water bottles provided and daily room cleaning offered.

Getting anywhere other than the beach/nextdoor cafe required walking along a pretty well-trafficked road. During the day, I would walk along the beach instead and return to the road. But at night, you pretty much have to walk on the edge and be careful.

Lovely hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was great. Yes, there is a road between the hotel and beach but it's only a road! You can get the longboat to the islands from the beach, which is great. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and the beach was lovely and not busy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you 🙏.

Location is just right on the quiet beach, spacious room, clean, nice fruit selection for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful owners. Peaceful location and quiet at night

Very helpful staff. Lovely on site restaurant with sea view. Short walk along beach to restaurants etc. Breakfast was very good and best smoothies. Beach very nice.

It was lovely that bed chairs were provided on beach but could have benefited from padding. Lost a couple of items with laundry service so worth checking items in and out. Not the fault of hotel as it is outsourced.
