Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment on Karfas beach.

From the second we checked in to the minute we checked out it was nothing but perfection. The staff/owners are super helpful and accomodating. Maria, who cleaned and kept our place in a condition that you could eat off the floor, is beyond friendly, helpful, and one of the special people that make staying from one day to 14, like we did, a great experience. Within a two minute walk you are at some great places to eat and on the sand of one of the best sandy beaches in Chios. No one treats you like a Xenos and the staffs of all of the places speak several languages. You are family immediately both t the hotel, as well as the surrounding areas.

Nothing. Everything was perfect!!

The apartments are very modern and have all facilities you need to. They are EXTREMELY clean and have a lovely balcony to rest in the afternoon if you can handle the mosquitoes ☺️ that by the way the apartments have a mosquito net in all windows to avoid them to enter the room and also have air conditioning working perfectly. They also have a kitchen with all the needed material to cook or prepare your coffee in the morning and a fridge to keep your food and drinks and again all new in perfect condition and very very clean. The apartments are also VERY quiet and relaxed and see the sea from your window is beautiful! They also have a washing and ironing facilities that you can use easily. They are close to shops restaurants and bars but better if you rent car to travel to other villages and see the island Petrus, his wife and Gül who keeps everything spotless are very nice, friendly, willing to help and give you info about what to visit…. I can’t say anything more to emphasise how good the apartments and the staff are but is simply the truth and they deserve it.

The only thing I could say is that to access the apartments there are stairs so is not wheelchair friendly and if they had a swimming pool that would be heaven but who needs swimming pool when you have the sea 5 min walking.

Cleanness, view, location

It was one of the cleanest facilities I have stayed in. The sheets, pillows, covers, and towels smelled clean. The kitchen equipment was sufficient and of high quality. There was tea, olive oil, salt, various spices, and dishwashing detergent in the kitchen. Every detail had been considered so that you could cook and enjoy your meal. The bathroom was also very clean. It was obvious that special attention was paid to cleanliness. Checking in to the facility was very quick. The common garden of the facility was very well-maintained. The seating area with a gazebo and sea view was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. A private balcony or terrace had been arranged for each apartment. The furniture in this area was sufficient and of high quality.

We loved the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean; the bed is comfortable, the AC works well. There is great attention to detail. The location was perfect for us, a 5-minute walk to Karfas beach and the wonderful Oasis restaurant & cafe
