"Bad experience with the host managing, weakly furnished apartments"

First of all, we were not provided with the property that we booked because it was occupied at that time (?!), which was a huge mistake by the host! The host manager wanted to give us even worse property with not enough beds for our group. The second option was a better apartment, which he wanted to give us for a higher price because of his mistake. We managed to take the second option for a slightly higher price than our initial booking fee. That apartment has a backyard entrance, which is located on a slope without stairs or any regular access. The apartment is fairly furnished but it is not so clean. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Alona's apartments!
