Casa lagunare haus

Mattia is a great host. He met us in front of the house, helped us unpack the car, showed us the room and explained everything to us. I like things to be organized and Mattia is super organized. All the necessary information was in the folder he gave us. The room is very nice and clean - it is located on the top floor next to the terrace. The mini kitchen has everything you need. We parked our car in Parkhouse (included in the price of the room). Location is perfect - only few steps from the old town. Highly recommend!

Modern, everything we needed In the centre, convenient.

I liked everything: Location - old part of the authentic, charming Italian town, beautiful itself, but being good staring point for visiting the area (Venice, Padova. Ravenna etc.) or for going to the beach. Chioggia is still full of authentic Italian life and you can find here the best food. The apartment is new, spacious, very clean, very well equipped, in the quiet area with a nice view from the window. No problem with making laundry, you will find everything you need. Coffee maker with set of capsules prepared. At the beginning of your stay the host will give you all informations about the area you may need, restaurants, transportation, places to see. You may leave your car in the nearby parking lot (included). We had small dog with us - no problem. Breakfast (sweet or salty option) in the bar few minutes walking, where the locals are coming for a morning coffee. Care for guests at the exceptional level. This is one of this places you don't want to leave and you want to come back.

This apartment was like a jackpot! It was very clean and cosy. Everything was working and communicating with the host was easy. The upstairs patio was a lovely place to zip a cup of coffee. I really recommend this place to stay!
