The location was at the best part of the city.

During summer time, was hard to find a parking. Reservation was possible only for residents

Very close to the sea and the statue of Domenico Modugno and very close to Cala Porto and old town .

Although I chose the apartment based on the cleanliness score, this was probably done in haste. The wi fi worked poorly or not at all ( keep this in mind if you have any work to do). There is no window in the bathroom . It is difficult to ventilate the apartment because the entrance door is directly on the street and there is only a small window on the first floor that can be opened.

The location is great - few minutes to the most popular beach and Old Town, Caffee and restaurants. We could easily find a parking spot, but we were in low season. The host was helpful and replying fast to any questions

The apartament is too small for 4 people. It says 70m2, but in reality it is around 35 m2 + entresol. There are 2 rooms on entresol, but both of them are open to the living room (there is 1 wall missing in each of the room), so there is no privacy as you can hear everything from the bedrooms and bathroom. We were a group of friends and it was a problem. It could be an issue for family with kids as well, as it can be dangerous if a kid would play on the bed (as a wall behind the bed is missing). The keys to the apartment could be in password protected locker as in many other places now as it would give more flexibility with arrival time (you need to agree the arrival time with the host upfront)

Easy to find, wonderful close to everything and the beach/ bay you’d actually swim at, nearby restaurants were great. Property was comfortable and had all you would need 😊

The property was located in a lovely spot right next to the beach and next door to a bar. It was so clean and tidy and really pretty. Had everything that could ask for. Was new inside. The owner Francesca and the person who we met who opened up the property for us and gave us a run down of the facility were both lovely and amazing. We had washing facilities- a home away from home, they didn’t miss a thing. All the amenities were stocked up were didn’t go without. From washing powered to soaps to even coffee and teas this apartment had it all. Can fit 6 guests comfortably!

This property is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. We were very comfortable here and the apartment was very clean, I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Polignano and the host was very helpful, easy to communicate with and always available.

Francesco (the host) was easy to communicate with and he was really kind and accomodating. The place was very tidy, enough supplies for everyone. It was localized in quiet part city, but really close to historic centre and beautiful beaches. We hope we will come again and we recommend it to any group of 3-5 who is planning to stay in Poligano.
