This is a beautiful hotel, and the staff were friendly.

Everything in the town closes really early, so it would have been nice to have been given advance notice that the restaurants in the hotel require a reservation. I arrived at 4pm (solo) and all the restaurants were already full. I asked where I can eat, and was told the hotel has a shop. So, in a 5 star hotel, I ended up eating 7 eleven cup noodles in my room. Hotel restaurants should be able to accommodate all hotel guests in a town where there's nothing else available. The hotel is uphill so if you have luggage when you arrive and are unable to call the hotel shuttle (no advance booking) get a taxi.
