The apartments location was filled with drug users and people partying until early hours. The property was hard to find as the name on the booking was different to the name on the building. When we tried to contact the host they told us we wasnt staying with them but then later got told to wait outside the building for someone to vring the keys, it was a complete farce getting checked in to the point we was worried we wouldnt have anywhere to stay for the night. We also had nowhere to leave the keys when checking out. The photos on booking.com do not show the true condition of the property as it is run down, walls have mold and water damage all over and the property also had an awful mouldy smell. The apartment wasn't clean to a reasonable standard, there was no sheet on the quilt for our bed. The door to the apartment wasn't very secure so as we was staying there we our children we felt unsafe. We had people knocking on our window and door in the early hours of the morning. The property does not meet the advertisement on booking.com at all. The price we paid is ridiculous for what we got.

Disgusting property, mould and damp all over the walls, place smelt awful, bed was broken and the tv didnt work, owner was absolutely useless when i asked for someone to come look at the porperty, offered a refund and got ignored for 2 weeks after and didnt issue the refund

Health and safety standards are poor. The door to the property is unsafe, in a poor state of repair, and easily pushed open. Beds are filthy and covered in bed bugs. Overall state of property, poor and dirty Blinds hanging off windows Tv no point t as does not work Smell In property is terrible Stale cigarette smoke and smell of drugs Guests in property and in street openly taking drugs Noise and screaming all night long. This place is awful, avoid at all costs. Description of property is not what you get.
