Έχω πρόβλημα με τον ιδιοκτήτη είναι κακοήθης προσβλητικός και μου παρακρατησε εγγύηση 200€ την οποία μου ζητούσε επίμονα πριν ξεκινήσω το ταξίδι. Είχε πρόβλημα με την πόρτα του μπάνιου του και μου την χρεώνει σε μένα. Δεν του αρκούσε το ενοικιαστήριο ήθελε και επισκευαστήριο και αυτή τη στιγμή δεν μου επιστρέφει τα χρήματα τα οποία του έστειλα βασιζόμενος ότι γνώριζα την Booking και όχι αυτόν

THIS IS A SCAM! They asked for a €200 deposit and said they would return it within 5 days. More than 20 days have passed, and when I decided to contact them, they told me I had a dog in the house and that it had caused damage in the kitchen. I will report this to the tourism authorities in Slovenia because I am sure they steal deposit money from all the tourists who stay in this apartment. Since we don't usually live in that country, they know it's very easy for them to create any problem to avoid returning the money.

Do not pay any kind of deposit for this apartment, please! It's a trap! May God forgive them for trying to get away with taking a deposit and robbing us like this.

Tutto. Nell'appartamento non mancava nulla e la cucina era fornita di ogni elettrodomestico possibile. Appartamento luminoso, spazioso e pulito. Comodissimo il parcheggio interrato.Posizione vicina al centro, circa 20 minuti di piacevole passeggiata. Host preciso e disponibile. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, i due piumini singoli per un letto matrimoniale, ma anche nel nord Europa si usa così e non mi sono stupita più di tanto.

Less than 10 mins walk from the station. Large grocery store nearby. Town centre within 15-20 mins walk. Good balcony with good sun. Fast internet. The hosting agents (not owners) Sandra and Dominic are very helpful.

Falsely advertised as having a bedroom. But that room is super tiny, was apparently a small office but now labelled as a "bedroom", and the bed is ultra small and cramped, unsuitable for 2. Plus, real safety issues, completely ignored by the owners. You risk hitting your head or eyes against the sharp edged shelf fixed to the wall. We had to sleep on the folding sofa-bed in the living room all the nights we were there. At best, it is a studio apartment, not a 1-bedroom, with a folding sofa. Suitable for 1 person only. No compensation was offered for the false claims, even though we requested directly as well as through the Booking platform customer support. Not even a token response to the requests! Further, the bathroom has only a tub and no standing shower. It's a high tub, no grab bars, and you risk slipping when climbing in and out of it. Also, there's no shower curtain, so you have to be very careful when bathing, to avoid the whole floor getting wet. Conclusion: Not recommended for more than 1 person, that too for just for a night or 2 max.

This is my worst experience with accommodation at the BOOKING.COM, where I have been a frequent user last ten years. The accommodation payment has covered expenses and the host is a completely uncooperative and rude person who does not respect even his own-settled rules. At the end, my payment for this accommodation is stolen.
