"Exceptional"

Ficámos 4 noites neste apartamento e foi uma ótima escolha para uma estadia curta. A cozinha está bem equipada, com tudo o que é necessário, incluindo máquina de lavar roupa. A cama e as almofadas são confortáveis, havia também um cobertor quente. O prédio tem elevador, o que é muito conveniente. A localização é excelente — dá para ir a pé até ao centro histórico da cidade. Há muitos cafés, restaurantes, um mercado de comida e um supermercado por perto. Também há um parque grande e bonito, além de agradáveis jardins nas redondezas. A anfitriã foi muito simpática, sempre disponível e respondeu rapidamente a todas as nossas mensagens. Tudo correu muito bem!

Tenham em conta que o apartamento fica num prédio residencial, onde vivem outros moradores — a insonorização é fraca, ouve-se bastante o que se passa. Além disso, há uma obra ativa mesmo ao lado do edifício.

Отличная просторная квартира недалеко от метро. До исторического центра около 35-40 мин. пешком. Чистота и порядок- идеальные, хорошая сантехника.

Инструкцию при заезде следует дополнить маркировкой двери в квартиру (E.-F.), т.к. на этаже несколько квартир и пояснения: "налево"- "направо" воспринимаются неоднозначно. Пароль от WiFi также лучше присылать сразу, а не по дополнительному запросу. Освещение в гостиной комнате очень слабое, для чтения недостаточно. В ванной комнате повреждена дверная ручка и отсутствуют кронштейны для полотенец. Не хватает напольной сушилки для белья.
