Full Pint

We booked both the full pint (3 bedrooms two bathrooms with one being en suite) and the half pint (2 bedrooms and bathroom) for a family break, both clean and well equipped with everything you need and more. short walk from the beach, shops and bars, located on the edge of a light industrial area though still a. quiet, the host quickly responded to our request for a late check in, there are plans for a second phase of development for this site to include a site brewed beer tap in each of the cabins/ lodge, We had the perfect stay thank you Joanne.

The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom didn't have a curtain for the little window

Good off street parking, easy access, Plenty of space in living area. Would make an ideal base for a family holiday. We were only there for two nights for a family event. Would stay again.

Bed was rather squeaky in ensuite bedroom and mattress springs were noisy if you rolled over, but I did sleep well regardless. No electric heating in the living area meant having to light the wood stove which is a hassle if you arrive back late evening. Less of an issue in the summer. Heat resistant glove for stove door would be a good idea.

The location was good for us as we were visiting family and it was nice and close to shops and high street. The log burner was good heated everywhere up quickly.

The bed in the ensuite room was not very comfortable, the front door was hard to open and shut and hard to lock and unlock, no mirrors in the bedrooms and the mirror in the shared toilet was too small and hard to see in, The toilet in the shared bathroom has a bit of a leak at the bottom of the pedestal and the kitchen utensils are haphazard and not really sufficient for example there was only 1 teaspoon, the main sofa is too low and not comfortable at all and there is no opening window in the main room.

Clean, well equipped and good value.

Handy for town centre but in a rather industrial setting. Not warned that the heating was only the log burner. Very cold on arrival, but heated up quickly.

Very, very cold on arrival Can't log in to the information on Booking.com Had to phone for guidance as the name is not on maps, and there was no signage It's very hard to find Lack of suitable items to light the fire, which is the only available heat source Insufficient fuel on the premises Mugs supplied for use are ugly, cumbersome and unpleasant to drink from No information about Wi-Fi in the premises No hanging facilities in bedroom No back up heating sources Cold water pressure is very low indeed and needs to be improved
