Lovely log burner Fridge had essentials provided. Hosts very friendly and attentive

Decor was a bit tired. Sofa felt like it was on its last legs.

Convenient location and good parking. Loved the wood burner. Great value for money.

Although it was cold when we arrived the log burner was very efficient and we were soon as warm as toast. The kit he was well equipped. Ensuite bedroom was a bonus.

The sink in the bathroom was too small for shaving. The large sofa was not very comfortable and the mattress in one bedroom was uncomfortable. A mirror near a socket for using the hairdryer would be an advantage.

The photo on booking.com is of a timber cabin. Our staff arrived to find a steel shipping container with damp beds, a door that wouldn't lock, and no heating other than a log stove in the living room. The description on booking.com was of a 'three-bedroom house'. Our staff commented that their dogs had better accommodation. The photos misrepresented the property.

Beds were old and saggy. The floor in the tiny shower is close to collapse. Sofas uncomfortable.

Good for a short stay with friends as good communal area and very close to centre of town.

Clean and adequate for our needs

Didn’t like the beds being against the wall and the sink was far too small, however knew this was due to the size of the property.

The accommodation is comfortable and the living/dining area ideal

The sofa is worn in that when you sit down you sit right down and the mattress springs also worn where you have to climb over to get to one side of the double bed.
