The house was of a high standard, modern, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. It’s within walking distance of Lymington in a quiet and secure modern development. We were in the area for a family wedding and it was an ideal base for us to enjoy a few days in the area. Stephen was very helpful and responded promptly throughout. We all had a great stay.

If you are visiting with more than one car, be prepared for one dedicated parking space. There are two 23 hour visitor parking spaces, so we moved our cars between these, the nearby paying car park and off-road parking. All doable, but requires a bit of effort.

The property was comfortable, well equipped, spacious and very clean. The communication with the owner was excellent. It was well suited for exploring the wider area and local walks from Lymington. We travelled for a 70th birthday weekend, met up with friends and the property being within walking distance of the High Street meant we had been able to book a meal nearby without having to drive or walk. Local amenities are all close by.

The location is excellent - really easy walking access to town and marina.

The only thing we would have liked more of is a bigger garden, but the house and parking space are really excellent

A very spacious 3 storey house with 3 en suites and an extra toilet. Exceptionally clean with tasteful decor, furniture and luxury kitchen. We cooked lots of meals and everything was there that we needed. The lovely High Street and Quayside was about 10 minutes walk. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be back. There was a nice little courtyard with table and chairs.

There was nothing to dislike.

Good communication with owner regarding keys and other small queries. Great accommodation and very good value close to town for shops and bars. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent property - equipped beyond what we could expect, pretty much everything you could think of was there. Located within a few minutes walk of the town and also an easy walk to a large Waitrose. Extremely comfortable and we had a great time there. Note that it is in a gated development and there is only one allocated parking space (but there are 2 visitor spaces only supposed to be used for 23 hours). However, there is nearby on-street parking without charge.

Clean, and very homely house. Comfortable furniture/ beds. Kitchen was well thought out with every appliance and equipment you could need. Would highly recommend.😀
