Sea view penthouse

Nothing. It’s in a bad area. The elevator got stuck for a few minutes, then you still had several flights of stairs to climb.

Bad location, unsafe elevator, multiple flights of stairs . Was given one towel per person for 6 days . Also one flat pillow per person. The lighting situation was crazy. No supplies for 6 days . We stayed one night and left. The view is a joke , you see a bunch of dilapidated tops of buildings. Not cool.

This property was ideally located for us as we had a car and were planning on travelling the island. The hosts were lovely, they sent us clear directions on how to get to the property and met us there to show us around. They even left us an anniversary card, some beer, water and biscuits which was very thoughtful. The apartment had everything we needed and was modern and clean. The large terrace was lovely to sit out on in the evenings and for breakfast. It was only a short walk into the village where there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. I would definitely recommend it friends and family.

Parking at night could be a little tricky but we always found somewhere not too far away.

i loved meeting the host at the flat and she showed me around making life a little easier to navigate the new location on my own . The flat was absolutely what i wanted and it did not fail with the sunrise/sunset ocean views. The neighbourhood was super calm and quite and the host checked in and gave me new ideas or restaurants to try if i needed it.

The owners parents met us at the property to hand us the key, they were very friendly and helpful. The property is fitted to a good standard and had all the facilities that we needed, it has a large balcony with a nice view. It is quite a way uphill from the harbour but this did not worry us and there is repair work on the Promenade ongoing due to be finished summer 2026 but we were expecting this so not a problem for us, the area was more local than touristy which suited us well.

Bellissimo grande e lussuoso attico in posizione panoramica. Grande salone e camera da letto accogliente. Letto comodo. Bagno pulito e grande. Terrazza meravigliosa attrezzata con lettini da sole, tavolo e sedie e dalla quale si gode di una vista incantevole sulla città di Marsaskala. Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso. Si raggiunge il centro di Marsaskala in tre minuti in discesa tramite piccola scalinata. La fermata del Bus 91 che porta a Valletta è praticamente due strade sotto Proprietari sempre disponibili ad ogni richiesta e veloci nel rispondere ad ogni perplessità. Istruzioni accuratissime e precisissime in merito alla logistica per raggiungere la casa e per il ritiro delle chiavi presso la key-box che consente anche di arrivare in autonomia a tarda notte. Consigliatissimo

Suggerirei di migliorare le tende della camera da letto perché non oscurano molto la stanza

Wir haben den Urlaub auf Malta und den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die große Terrasse mit Meerblick ist ein echtes Highlight und mit Sonnenliegen sowie Stühlen und Tischen ausgestattet. Wir liebten es, dort zu frühstücken. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht: Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen und -brett, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster... Sogar Adapter für die Steckdosen waren vorhanden. Das Bett war bequem und wir haben uns über die große Decke gefreut, unter der wir gemeinsam schlafen konnten. Parkplätze gibt es vor der Tür, diese sind abends jedoch in der Regel belegt, so dass ein kleiner Spaziergang von einer größeren Straße, an der meistens was frei ist, ansteht. Einen Pfandflaschenautomaten gibt es bei der Kirche. Lilyana hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt, insbesondere das Restaurant Zion in der Nachbarbucht hat uns sehr gefallen (viele vegane Optionen).
