Logement le plus cher des Philippines et le pire que nous ayons eu. La salle de bain est à revoir au complet (1cm d’eau en permanence, fenêtre non fermée, pression du robinet incontrôlable). L’hote nous a préparé le petit dej 1h avant notre levé du coup tout était froid ! Nous avons éclaté 3 cafards, le personnel nous a dit qu'il allait nettoyer la chambre et 3 jours après les cafards étaient toujours là la chambre n’a jamais été nettoyée ! Pas de produits de toilettes comme indiqué !

Its a hidden gem. Absolutely great place. We felt like home. The owner is a master in hospitality! Great breakfast! So so so nice!!! We will come back

L’emplacement est bon : proche d’une plage paradisiaque à 1min à pieds. On y trouve aussi un 7 eleven à proximité ainsi que la gare de bus pas loin. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon. Le personnel est sympathique.

La chambre n’est pas accueillante, la literie est dure et le rapport qualité/ prix n’est pas bon marché. Plus cher pour ce que c’est.

This is a pleasant guesthouse in a nice neighborhood. It's just a few minute walk to the center of town where there are restaurants. There is a beautiful sandy beach a one minute walk away (be careful of stepping on prickly sea stars). The owner and his family are great and are very welcoming. We stayed in the large room on the top floor, which was very spacious, and had a great balcony overlooking the beach. They arranged van transport around the island for us and even went out of their way to pick up a regional delicacy for us to try at breakfast after we enquired about it. Anda is great--a relaxed, but lively town that is comfortable for tourists, but not taken over by them.

The wifi struggles to reach the top floor. The bathroom is not luxury, but it gets the job done. The neighbors raise roosters and you will hear them constantly, but oddly having so many roosters kind of turns it into background noise compared to just one. We managed to sleep well.

Les équipements sanitaires et l évacuation de l eau de la douche. Manque d isolation avec l extérieur, réveillé tôt par le coq.

It was a very helpful and friendly owner. He was philippino, but he spoke both English and German. We only stayed one night this time.
