Warning ⚠️ do not be fooled with some of the fake high reviews on this bad cheap "motel" , its a total rip-off and doesn't deserve its overpriced cost. We booked six luxurious resorts in the black sea region + this motel and sarcasticly this was the most expensive of them all yet the worst and the cheapest in serviceses of them all! As soon as we booked the cottage, the owner contacted us immediately, demanding the payment in advance. When we reached there after (three weeks of the payment), the owner and his wife were in hurry to give us the key and run away without explaining what are the facilities in this cottage and did not mention anything about the breakfast that we paid for the duration of our stay (5 nights)! Our reservation was for three adults but what we found was only two pillows, an old and dirty mattress and no other covers for the third adult. The tiny little swimming pool (1x1.5m) was dirty and it's murky water were infested with all kind of insects... bugs, flys, spiders,...etc. the cottage is built with a single thing layer of cheap wooden panels that did not isolate the outside heat, humidity, insects nor the sound of the noisy 24- hours-busy streets in front of the cottage. There was no soap for shower, no soap for the dishes and the stingy, greedy, owner made us feel like begers when we asked for these basic stuff. We eventually went to a nearby supermarket to buy them. The first thing you need to do when you reach there is to kill all the bugs , spiders and other insects you'll find in the bed, pillows, and under the blanket... it's a complete disaster!!!! I communicated with the owner to understand where and how our breakfas will be served, as he totally ignored this subject, and he referred me to a restaurant located 2.5 km away!!! The hard-core stinginess of the owner made him set a deal with that restaurant to serve us the cheapest fixed set of breakfast possible that was not even on the restaurant's...

Such an amazing stay and amazing host. So helpful and lovely. We have recommended to many friends and family and will come back to stay again.

A truly perfect stay! The accommodation is very well equipped and clean, with a beautiful terrace and a garden. The owner İmdat Yılmaztürk warmly welcomed us and was available for any request or advice. I recommend 100%

Very good. The house is big and clean. The yard is plesent. Near is the beach. Not far from Georgian border and Rize city.

a beautiful location. great sea view. there are two bungalows. one has a swimming pool. the other has a Jacuzzi on the second floor. everything is done with love by the master himself. we liked it very much. It will be ideal for a couple or family of 3-4 people.
